In most of the European territory of Russia, the weather will be formed under the influence of two cyclones: one of them from the north Atlantic is heading to the Baltic; the second one is moving from the Balkans to the Black Sea coast, and its atmospheric fronts will reach the central regions. On Wednesday there will be light rain in places in the north-western region, during the day no higher than +8...+13оС. In the central regions there are occasional rains (from light to moderate), during the day +13...+18оС, in the Black Earth Region +9...+14оС. In the south of European Russia near the cyclone, short-term thunderstorms are expected, and hail is possible. During the day there is +17...+20°C, in the southeast up to +22°C.

In the capital, cloudy weather prevails, rain, minimum temperature +5...+7оС, maximum temperature +14...+16оС, south-east wind, 3--8 m/s.

In St. Petersburg, no precipitation, at night 0...-2оС, during the day +7...+9оС. In the north-west of the European territory of Russia, damp and cool weather will make you think about sore joints and the spine. Low atmospheric pressure in the northwestern regions of European Russia will cause weakness, lethargy, and dizziness in people with arterial hypotension. In the center of European Russia, people suffering from vascular disorders will feel unwell due to a drop in atmospheric pressure. In southern Russia, the weather is unstable with rain, thunderstorms and gusty winds. Such weather can cause illness in people suffering from bronchopulmonary pathology and vascular disorders. People with nervous and mental disorders can react to wind and thunderstorms by aggravating their anxiety and depression.
