Radio France International (RFI), the France 24 television channel and the Harris Interactive Institute published the results of the World leaders survey. The first persons of world politics and religions of the world were evaluated in two categories: influence and popularity. The survey was conducted in six countries: Germany, France, England, Spain, Italy and the USA. The largest number of points was scored by Barack Obama with 77% of popularity and 82% of influence. Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin occupies the second place in the list of the most influential leaders, but the “Silver” in the “Popularity” nomination received the Dalai Lama, which was denied an entry visa to Russia on April 23. The New Times compared the leaders of the most influential countries of the world.
