Khodorkovsky attracted Medvedev to the court ...

So, the ex-head of Yukos Mikhail Khodorkovsky declared an unlimited hunger strike. In protest against the extension of his arrest by the Khamovniki court for another three months. Mr. Khodorkovsky believes that after the entry into force of changes in Art. 108 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation, which actually cancel the arrest as a measure of restraint in cases related to economic crimes, this decision of the Khamovnik court is not legal. The application is written in the name of the Chairman of the Supreme Court Vyacheslav Lebedev. But not addressed to him. Mikhail Khodorkovsky demands an answer from Dmitry Medvedev.

The statement directly says: “I consider it fundamentally important that the President of the Russian Federation D.A. Medvedev knew exactly how to apply, or, more precisely, sabotted by his appointed officials, the law adopted just a month ago on his initiative.

That is why I declare an unlimited hunger strike until I receive confirmation that D.A. Medvedev received from you or another equal competent person to comprehensive information about the “legal” practice created by Article 108 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation as amended by the FZ-60 of 04.04.2010 ”

At the same time, Mikhail Borisovich does not at all insist that he be released immediately. Realizing the futility of such requirements “at this stage”, he only cannot agree with “so that the creation of such a precedent in such a“ loud ”process goes unnoticed for the country's leadership, since he will immediately be replicated by corrupt bureaucrats in hundreds of other less“ loud ”cases.”

And here is the key paragraph of the statement: “If the president agrees that the laws adopted by him, adopted by the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the laws signed by him may not be executed by judges and other officials at their own discretion, I will reconcile at this stage with my specific situation.”

But in any case, Mikhail Khodorkovsky will continue the hunger strike until he receives a “clear signal” (for example, the statements of the press service of the head of state), that President Medvedev has been familiarized as a whole with the situation in the Khamovnik court and, in particular, with the statement of Mikhail Khodorkovsky.

In other words, Khodorkovsky tells Medvedev: “Everything, Dmitry Anatolyevich, will not work out in the shadow of Putin on this issue. Yes, it was not you who personally initiated the destruction of my company, not you, having deprived us of freedom, for many years isolated me and my comrades from our relatives and friends. But now you are the head of state and, therefore, are responsible for everything ... Or are you not the head of state and just temporarily warm someone else's chair? ”

It seems to me that Dmitry Medvedev did not fall into such a tickling, if not to say - a dead end situation for the whole time of his conditional reign.

It is unlikely that anyone doubts that Mikhail Khodorkovsky will hardly adhere to his ultimatum. (If you call a spade a spade, he, of course, presented Medvedev an ultimatum.) This means that while the Kremlin will be silent, Khodorkovsky will die in prison. And the whole world (the process continues) will witness how it loses strength. And Dmitry Medvedev will be called the killer of Mikhail Khodorkovsky. All of any sane world media. And I am very curious that Obama and Merkel will speak about this. And they will be asked about this at every briefing, at every press conference.

But any statement that President Medvedev is aware of the current situation on the process over Khodorkovsky and Lebedev will be equivalent to recognition in his own impotence. Say, we know something, but we can’t do anything, because we are not the bosses here. Therefore, forgive us orpers and leave us alone.

Therefore, the only way out for Dmitry Medvedev can only be a meaningful reaction to the call of Mikhail Khodorkovsky. With an analysis of what is happening and relevant conclusions. But to this day, it seemed to us that Medvedev was not capable of such a reaction. Due to the lack of resource and political will. I have no reason to believe that Mikhail Borisovich himself adheres to a different point of view.

And this means that he is well aware of what dangerous game he started ... deadly, because he put his own life on the end ...
