The weighted average of the euro with the period of calculations "Today" at 11:30 Moscow time flew up to 94.48 kopecks - up to 39.0017 rubles. As a result of the synchronous increase in the dollar and the euro, the ruble continued to fall to the bivalyut basket. Its cost increased by 59 kopecks and amounted to 34.63 rubles compared to 34.04 rubles on Thursday.
In the world markets, the euro exchange rate to the dollar grew on Friday to the maximum level per week, since market participants expect that EU Finance Ministers will develop additional measures to contain the long -term crisis in the eurozone.
The Chairman of the European Union Herman Van Rompey will collect the group finance ministers for a meeting in Brussels on Friday to discuss the reform of economic management. German Finance Minister Wolfgang Shoible will offer his colleagues a plan of nine points aimed at preventing budget and debt crises in the future. In particular, Germany’s proposal provides for a faster reduction in government spending and budget deficits in the eurozone.
The euro went up on Friday to $ 1.263 from $ 1.2487 at the end of the previous session in New York.

As of 11:30, the RTS index fell to 1291.53 points (-0.9%), the MICEX index at this hour amounted to 1244.37 points (-1.55%). Liquid papers fell on exchanges by 1-6% against the backdrop of the negative dynamics of all world stock sites and oil due to fears of expansion of the European long crisis.
American stock indices fell on Thursday by 3.6-4.1%, while the decrease in Standard & Poor's 500 has become a record in 13 months.
The reason for this was the bad data from the US labor market, as well as fears that the European debt crisis is expanding. The package of laws aimed at tightening the regulation of financial markets adopted by the Senate did not add optimism.
The negative for the market was also a message that the USA index of advanced economic indicators of the United States unexpectedly decreased in April for the first time in a year - by 0.1%.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average index, according to the results of the auction, fell by 376.36 points (3.6%) - up to 10068.01 points. Standard & Poor's 500 dropped to close the market by 43.46 points (3.9%), amounting to 1071.59 points. Nasdaq Composite for a day collapsed at 94.36 points (4.11%) - up to 2204.01 points.
The decrease in Dow Jones since the beginning of 2010 exceeds 3.4%. The S&P 500 index lost 3.9% this year and NASDAQ - 2.9%.
