Four relatives of the Ingush oppositionist Maksharip Aushev, killed in October 2009, disappeared in St. Petersburg in December of the same year. The criminal case has been instituted, but it is still not possible to find the missing. The wives and sisters of the stolen filed a complaint with the Strasbourg court: they are sure that their relatives were abducted with the knowledge of the special services. Who could interfere with the relatives of the murdered oppositionist - recognized The New Times
The chronicle of events taking place with the relatives of Maksharip Aushev recalls the script of the gloomy thriller. On October 25, 2009, the famous Ingush opposition was shot on the Caucasus highway. A month and a half, December 16, the car of his mother -in -law exploded, Leila Dzhanieva. Leila and two of her sons died. The pregnant daughter of Leila, the widow of Aushev Fatima Dzhaniev miraculously saved. Although, apparently, it was she who was the goal of the killers. The next day, according to law enforcement agencies, one of the surviving sons of Leila, Batyr Dzhaniev, made a self -break at the DPS post in Nazran from revenge.
On December 25, two brothers of Leila, Yusup and Yunus Dobrieva returned to St. Petersburg from Nazran after the funeral of their sister and nephews. From Ingushetia they brought the widow of Aushev Fatima. And on the night of December 26, the brothers disappeared. Together with them, the last surviving son of Leila, Ali Dzhaniev, and her nephew Magomed Adzhiev, disappeared.
There is no salvation , "YUSP Dobriev came to our organization with a request for help. He said: "He who wanted to kill a pregnant woman is unlikely to stop." Therefore, Yusup wanted to get Fatima and 17-year-old Ali from Ingushetia, ”Magomed Mutsolgov, head of the Magomed Mutsolgov human rights organization, told The New Times. - He filed an application with law enforcement agencies, believing that Fatima and Ali were in danger. But it so happened that he himself became a victim of abduction. "
On the evening of December 25, the Dobrieva brothers, along with Fatima and Ali, arrived at the Vasilievsky Island for the apartment of their niece Milana Adzhieva. There was her brother 21-year-old Magomed. It was decided to leave Fatima here. Yunus Dobriev was going to have Ali and Magomed to relatives on Moskovsky Prospekt, and he decided to leave his older brother to spend the night at himself.
But none of them came to Moskovsky Prospekt. At about one in the morning, the wife of Yunus Tanzil Dobriev was worried and called him on his mobile. The phone did not answer. She phoned relatives, hospitals, morgues - everything is useless. At 4.30 in the morning, the husband of Milana Adam decided to drive a car along the route, which Yunus Dobriev was supposed to go. He immediately noticed that behind his car followed by Lada-Priora silver. Realizing that this is surveillance, Adam recorded the numbers of the car. The next day, Tanzila Dobrieva went to the police department to declare the disappearance of her husband and three of his relatives. “When I left the house, I noticed that two guys were following me on the heels,” she recalls. - I sat for five hours in the police, and these guys were waiting for me in the car. Relatives came to the police department, and surveillance continued. They followed us for about three days. ”
A criminal case was instituted only a month after the statement of Tanzila. Moreover, it was excited not on the fact of the abduction, but under Article 105 part 2 of paragraph “a” of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“killing two or more persons”).
A parallel investigation without relying on the investigation, the relatives of the missing began their investigation. At the request of the Tanzili Dobrieva from the city monitoring center, they received part of the recordings from video cameras installed on the streets, along which Dobriev was supposed to pass. One of the films shows how, violating the rules of the road, Dobriev’s car is pursued by two light minibuses and Ford Focus. The same "Ford" followed Tanzila Dobrieva. After analyzing the notes, the relatives of the missing pre -Baby determined the approximate place of abduction and reported this to the investigation. On February 11, at the house No. 85 on Bolshoi Prospekt on Vasilievsky Island, investigators discovered the car of Yunus Dobriev. On its front part is a characteristic dent, from which we can conclude that the pursuers blocked the Dobrieva car.
In early March, Ekaterina Sokiryanskaya, an employee of the Memorial human rights center, together with one of the friends of the abducted, went around the houses located next to the abduction. They managed to find three witnesses who agreed to tell the lawyers of the victims and the investigator that they saw on the night of December 25 to 26, 2009.
“Like in a movie” “I accidentally went to the window to open the window, and saw how on the 9th line of the Vasilievsky Island, opposite the house No. 6, one car cut the other, it seems,“ Zhiguli, ”recalls one of the witnesses of the abduction. - The territory in front of the house is well illuminated, so I saw everything. Behind the “Lada” there was still a white minibus, its glasses were tinted tightly. Tall people in black clothes jumped out of the minibus, one of them was masked, like from criminal news. Did they have weapons, I don’t remember ... "
Another witness recalls that the people who arrived on a minibus were masked and with weapons, they began to pull the passengers “Lada” from the car: “They put one on the ground, twisting their hands behind their backs and putting a gun to the back of the head. The rest were pulled out and put, in my opinion, in different cars. One person from conducting a special operation was filmed on a video camera. The other restrained pedestrians so that they would not approach the place of its holding. The third man was in the middle of the road and directed the movement in the oncoming lane. "
Nobody is looking for them

These stories only strengthened the confidence of relatives that special services were behind the abduction. Since the official investigation did not advance, they filed a complaint with the European Court of Human Rights. Until May 19, the Russian government was supposed to send answers to the questions to Strasbourg: were the disappeared Ingush were detained by special services agents and if so, where are they now? It is not known whether the answers from Moscow came to Strasbourg. “I hope that the latest we learn about it in June,” says lawyer Olga Zeitlina. “The materials for the European Court were prepared by the investigator who is investigating this case, and I do not expect any results from him.” From sources in law enforcement agencies, the victims learned that the FSB was involved in the case, so the investigation would not lead to anything.
The press service of the Investigative Committee at the prosecutor’s office, where The New Times asked for comments, explained that "the investigation will not be in full swing and comments until its end." He knows nothing about the fate of the stolen and secretary of the Security Council of Ingushetia, Bekhan Atygov. “We have no information. After all, they were not in Ingushetia, but in St. Petersburg, ”he told The New Times.
“My husband’s relatives turned to President Evkurov,” sighs Tanzila Dobrieva. -He promised that at least something would do, and each time he shifted responsibility to his subordinates. And we hoped for him. After all, he could find out in Moscow where our men are located. ”
To whom did the relatives of Maksharip Aushev interfere? “I think that the security forces were interested in 17-year-old Ali Dzhaniev,” says Ekaterina Sokiryanskaya, an employee of Memorial. - In Ingushetia on TV, they transferred that he was supposedly going to become a suicide bomber. Perhaps the special services followed him and it seemed to them suspicious that they all gathered together in St. Petersburg. ” Human rights activist Magomed Mutsolgov says that not a single thing about the abduction of people in Ingushetia, to whom the power structures are involved, has never been investigated. “These crimes are covered by the authorities in this horror of what is happening,” says Mutsolgov.
For relatives of the stolen, the main thing is that they are alive. Let at least in prison, albeit illegally accused. But only alive.
