Parents of the girl killed by the jealous policeman demand 2 million compensation from the Omsk Internal Affairs Directorate

The family of Anastasia Belkina, who, out of jealousy, shot the Omsk policeman Alexander Metz in October last year, who finished with him, filed a lawsuit to compensate for non -pecuniary damage to the Department of Internal Affairs in the Omsk region.

"The lawsuit was received by the court, his consideration was scheduled for June 15," Interfax told on Monday in the Central District Court of Omsk. According to the interlocutor of the agency, the amount of the claimed claim is 2 million rubles, and the application states that parents require compensation for the death of their daughter from management.

According to the SCP, on the evening of October 12, 2009, the criminal investigator of the Nazievsky GOVD of the Internal Affairs Directorate in the Omsk Region took up duty as part of the operational investigation group, received a service weapon and ammunition, and was supposed to go to the scene.

However, after a telephone quarrel with a girl - Anastasia Belkina, he arbitrarily left the service with Makarov’s service gun. Having caught a taxi, he left for Omsk, where Belkin lived. "In the course of them, quarrels arose between them on the basis of jealousy, the Metz made three targeted shots to the girl, from whom the latter died at the scene," the message said.

After that, Lieutenant Metz killed a taxi driver Sergei Guryev, on whose car he drove on the Omsk-Tyumen highway, where where he committed suicide at 60 kilometers, shooting himself in his head.

The department for the investigation of particularly important cases of the Investigative Department of the SCP of the Russian Federation in the Omsk Region opened two criminal cases under Part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code (murder). In January 2010, the case was dismissed in connection with the police suicide.

Alexander Metz served in the police since 2005 and was in good account, had no penalties, did not drink. Three days before the tragedy, the chief of the Nazievsky GOVD signed the Metz report on his transfer to Omsk to create a family. The colleagues of the policeman did not think that he was capable of a crime. The former chief of the Nazievsky State University of State Affairs, Esai Dzhangunakov, described Metz as "brought up in a good family, educated and always polite with colleagues and citizens of a young man."
