Delyagin claims that the real headache for the Kremlin is precisely the "fair Russia", not the LDPR and the Communist Party. The Communists, according to him, are proven personnel. In addition, the new "homeland" may be able to squeeze the LDPR, as it uses exclusively patriotic rhetoric, which is traditionally exploited by liberal democrats, the publication notes.

As for Dmitry Rogozin, he can act in a slightly different role than before, during his party leadership. The NG source, close to the Kremlin, did not rule out that this fall he would have to leave his high position, which "cannot be occupied for too long."

Rogozin himself, in an interview with the newspaper, rejected the option of his return to the leader of a party, saying that "he no longer plays these games." "At one time, being the leader of the faction and the vice -speaker of the Duma, I was convinced - the parliament is not the best place to influence the situation in the country. The much greater power is focused in executive structures," he said.

According to the expert, first of all, the Kremlin needs to decide what to do with the registered small batches: "apple", "right business", "patriots of Russia". In any case, no one is going to dissolve these structures, a source close to the State Duma shared with the “independent newspaper”. He did not rule out that the timely appearance of new leaders will help to reanimate them. By the way, according to Rogozin, the main trouble of small parties is precisely the absence of bright leaders, and the current "lacks talent or male hormones."

The presidential administration has several more projects that may act in the elections in the role of spoilers. For example, the "Communists of St. Petersburg" , famous for their odious statements and absurd actions, or the public movement "For the Motherland".

However, as expert Dmitry Badovsky points out, the Kremlin must first of all decide which place in the new Duma will be reserved for United Russia. If the bet is made on the constitutional majority, then it is dangerous to display spoilers, since they will delay the voices of not only opposition parties, but can harm United Russia.

“An increase in the number of spoilers can spur the activity of a critical electorate, which used to prefer not to go to the elections,” he said to the publication. “It is clear that these people will not vote for the party in power.”

But if the Kremlin decides that for the EP there is enough simple majority, that is, a control package - just above 50%, then the appearance of spoilers can be considered a very likely business, the expert is sure.
