
In the Krasnosulinsky district of the Rostov region, a locomotive came off the rails on Tuesday. The cause of the emergency was the theft of unknown 15 meters of the rail. According to the representative of the press service of the Department for the prevention and liquidation of emergencies of the region, there is no information about the victims.
According to him, a locomotive with two wagons filled with liquefied gas moved along the entrance path to the gas -filing station, RIA Novosti reports.
"The locomotive came off the rails, but did not fall. The wagons remained on the rails," the representative of the press service said. He clarified that, according to preliminary data, the incident occurred due to the fact that unknown people cut out 15 meters of rails, and the locomotive driver did not notice this.
The Gukovsky, Novoshakhtinsky and Krasnosulsk rescuers left for the place.
