According to eyewitnesses, the official Mercedes of Ulyanovsk Mayor Alexander Pinkov, moving along one of the highways, in front of many motorists, drove around a traffic jam on the right side, then abruptly changed lanes and flew into oncoming traffic. The foreign car performed the prohibited maneuver in full view of the traffic police inspectors on duty.
