I read the “special opinion” of Leonid Radzikhovsky - and I sit puzzled. I don’t understand everything: Radzikhovsky pretends - or really does not see what is before my eyes?

If this is not cunning, but sudden blindness that struck a smart person, then I explain with bat words why it is triumphant. And why both the opposition and the authorities so persistently achieve victory on this patch.

Because both the opposition and the authorities understand the obvious: this is a precedent.

The general denominator of the slogans is obvious: the return of the democratic practice of separation of powers, the strengthening of public control over the administration. It is funny that the subtle intellectual Radzikhovsky does not understand what the rustic husband Baturina understands.
