27-year-old Evgeny Strelkov from Ufa, suffering from children's cerebral paralysis and moving in a wheelchair, sued the owners of the restaurant, to which it refused to let it down, 100 thousand rubles of moral damage. In addition, the management of the institution is required to equip the entrance with ramps so that people with disabilities can independently get into the room.

Friends, with whom he was going to go to the restaurant, persuaded to sue the owners of the club of the young man and his mother. They live together in a communal apartment and wanted to celebrate the birthday of one of the neighbors, writes Rossiyskaya Gazeta .

In the restaurant, they ordered a table in advance and even just in case warned that there would be one person in a wheelchair. However, despite this, the guard at the entrance missed everyone except Eugene. As a result, they all left there with a spoiled mood, and the young man - humiliated and offended.

The prosecutor’s office was accepted by the shooting rifle, and the court, after the investigation, sided with the victims. The club administration at the hearings could not clearly explain why the young man was not missed in a wheelchair. At first it was argued that he was drunk, and then tried to shift the guilt to Strelkov’s mother, saying that she supposedly had to accompany him in order to monitor his well -being, said Amir Akhmetov, deputy prosecutor of the Kirovsky district of Ufa.

However, the club leadership, as it did not recognize its correctness, did not begin to do this after the decision of the court. It intends to appeal the verdict.

It is worth noting that this is not the first scandal with a violation of people with disabilities in Russia. So, in March last year, Pavel Obuyuh disabled person sued the Siberia Airline (S7), whose employees refused to let him on board the aircraft in accordance with a certain internal instruction.

He demanded to compensate him for damage in the amount of 1 million rubles and change the internal rules so that this would not happen again. As a result, the Leninsky district of the Tula region awarded a young man 25 thousand rubles, the internal instruction was changed.
