Simonovsky Court of Moscow closed a criminal case against the former vice-president of the company Yukos Lawyer Vasily Aleksanyan

And only in December 2008, the former vice president of Yukos still released 50 million rubles under house arrest and security. Further, the defense required the termination of the criminal case on the basis that the suspect was dying. And on June 25, the Simonovsky District Court of Moscow made a decision to terminate the criminal prosecution. Aleksanyan was afraid to go to the court for this session - he feared that he would be sent again for jail. Not sent, now he is free to die free. According to The New Times, he intends to go to London in the near future: what if? According to lawyer Aleksanyan Gevorg Dangjan, the decision of the Simonovsky court is unlikely to somehow affect the fate of other defendants in the Yukos case.
