In general, a civil defense lecture was expected. For a few days, they strictly warned at the institute speakerphone about the mandatory turnout. And at 10:00 people, from graduate students to seizures, gathered in a conference hall. And what did they see?!

There was no lecture, the lecturer too. Instead, the show of children's cartoons on the topic began. Bear and bunnies in an accessible form for the audience showed how to behave in a fire and flood. I left in the second cartoon.

He looked into the conference hall an hour later with the hope of something interesting and was not mistaken. There was a demonstration of the film about UFOs, anti -gravity, psychotropic and psychotron weapons (a strict lady in the frame called not to confuse these terms). In the frame, the arrows of oscilloscope rushed. They reported on the sensational results obtained in American secret laboratories: it was possible to reduce gravity by 2%. And in the experiments of Soviet researchers, people were planted on the scales and introduced into a hypnotic trance. At the same time, the scales began to show 12 kg. And so on and the like.

And after all, someone will report on the event and will put a tick in the magazine! And at the end of the year he will receive a bonus and letter for shock labor in the field of civil defense.

Comrades scientists, associate professors with candidates! What grants, what financing? They are holding us for full fools.
