On August 4, the former deputy chief of the Center for the State Protection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ingushetia was killed in the center of Nazran, 35-year-old Ibrahim Evloev, previously convicted of the murder of the owner of the opposition site Ingushetia.ru Magomed Evloev. In a cafe where Yevloev and his guard Beslan Albogachiev sat, an unknown man came in and shot them several times from Makarov’s pistol. After that, he disappeared from the scene of the crime. As a result of shelling, Yevloev died, Albogachiev was seriously injured.

"The investigation examines various versions of the committed murder, including those related to bloody feud," a law enforcement source said. On March 2, the Supreme Court of Ingushetia softened the punishment of Ibrahim Evloev, imposing the restriction of freedom for the same period instead of two years of colony-settlement.
