1. Moscow disaster

I don't remember such a hard summer in my lifetime. I was in Moscow in 1972, when peat bogs were also burning, but there was nothing like the current situation. The smell of burning, and only. Now Moscow is like a shop of a chemical plant, where a catastrophe happened. If, as a result of this, Moscow women stop giving birth, lose the ability to become pregnant, it will not be surprising.

"Chemistry" once sent offenders. It was inhuman. The fact that the fifteen millionth city got to "chemistry" this summer did not make a single main protagonist of the authorities move their ears. They are both insensitive and stupid. If I were Putin, Medvedev, Luzhkov, I would tirelessly travel around Moscow these days, meet the poor, distribute gauze bandages, bottles of mineral water, sweat and cough along with the people. But Luzhkov was in a mysterious place on vacation, and Medvedev went to the resort of Abkhazia. They behaved like deserters, by God, you can’t call it otherwise.

There was a huge natural disaster. The staff of many embassies was evacuated from Moscow. Mortality (about which we have been lied to for a long time that it allegedly did not increase) nevertheless, it turns out, has increased TWICE. And the state and its top officials vividly demonstrated their indifference, carelessness, lack of even common sense. Their lazy desertion is another proof that the election results are falsified in our country, otherwise they would try to please people.

Autumn will come, then winter, but Muscovites, I hope, will not forget the boorish, disgusting behavior of the highest state officials in the summer of 2010.

2. Ella Pamfilova's departure

I'm not sure that Mrs. Pamfilova was so much use. She failed, for example, to force the first persons of the state to carry out broad amnesties - by the 65th anniversary of the Victory, literally one and a half cripples were released. Pardons were also meager. To be in a police state in a position like hers is humiliating. However, she eventually found the strength to escape from power. I think she suddenly realized not only the humiliation of her place, but also realized that power, this power is contagious. What we call by the general word "Kremlin" is in fact a serious contagious disease that threatens with complications. From the authorities they inevitably pick up, for sure, a tendency to manipulation and intrigue, they pick up meanness, and all kinds of betrayal. I think that on the threshold of the disease, fearing him, Ella Pamfilova fled from power.

Here are two, as they are called by a clumsy foreign word, "ombudsmen" - the Moscow Muzykantsky and the all-Russian Lukin - did not run away. This summer I had the opportunity to observe them at work: they persuaded us, the applicants for the rallies on Triumfalnaya Street, to break down and accept an ultimatum from the authorities. Let the ardent admirers of these two ombudsmen forgive me - I saw them as extremely unpleasant people. I have no doubts that they - both Muzykantsky and Lukin - are with all hands, feet and guts on the side of power. Perhaps Lukin was not initially so streamlined and at the same time cynical, but became so as a result of several years of "service". The head of human rights in Moscow has become irreparably infected and seriously ill: he was prepared for the disease by his previous position - the prefect of one of the Moscow districts.

Musician will never recover. Lukin still has the opportunity to escape - he would have to run away after Pamfilova! Yes, yes, I know that they can object to me: Lukin wrote a critical report on the dispersal of the rally on May 31 at Triumfalnaya, and you, Limonov, are kicking him ?! In response, I can only firmly state: it means that my standards of honesty and decency are higher than the standards of Mr. Lukin, what for him, apparently, a feat, for me looks like a timid not even criticism, but an attempt to fix offenses. In any case - what kind of "ombudsmen" can there be in a police state? It's like appointing an "ombudsman" in the cannibal community. "Ombudsmen", you see! Well, then I'm Archangel Gabriel...

3. About the rally on August 31

For the past month, I have tried with all my might to save the integrity of the supra-party coalition that has developed around Triumphalnaya. To this end, Konstantin Kosyakin and I made some concessions. Together with Konstantin Kosyakin, taking into account the wishes of the activists of the rallies on Triumfalnaya (and they, for the most part, want our side to observe the law and submit notifications), we moved our position closer to the position of Lyudmila Alekseeva. And in this way we will submit a notification to the mayor's office that we will hold a rally on August 31 at 18:00 on Triumfalnaya. Let's give! All in the same composition of applicants. There will be no second Schindler's list.

I personally am terribly afraid of only one thing: before my eyes I have a split in the Other Russia coalition in 2007, and the miserable fate of the National Assembly, I am afraid of a split and destruction.

The party in power, according to my information, gathered on August 31 to trample and trample on the Constitution, as before. The Moscow mayor's office, as "informed sources" told me, is going to release the same people who were released there on July 31, you remember: two cars and a motorcycle. Get ready, citizens!

What will happen after August 31, that is, will we need a notification procedure? It depends on the dialogue between us, the applicants, and the authorities. If this dialogue takes place. Our side wants to see in front of us specific people from power, with names and powers. I am sure we will not negotiate (through cynical intermediaries) with unidentified forces, with some "clouds in the pants" calling themselves "power". You can't ask a "cloud in your pants" why it didn't keep its promises. But real people with surnames can.

To be honest, I confess to you, I can't imagine what else to discuss with the authorities. Over the past month, we have expressed the general position of our side: the time, place and identity of the applicants are not subject to bargaining, cannot be the subject of discussion. Please also remember that we demand the execution of an already existing article of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, namely Article 31. The Constitution is the fundamental law of our country, and no article of it is subject to cutting or deletion of parts. So what can we agree on? I personally always agree and will agree to negotiations, discussion, discussion, in order to convey my position to the opposite side of the conflict as fully and clearly as possible. However, I do not want to hear arguments like the following: "We need to help the authorities save face, because they are the authorities ..." Why should I care about preserving their collective face, expressing stubbornness, violence and stupidity? We will not spare their pride, which they do not have, and they themselves have long lost their face. Let them save themselves. We will only be satisfied with the complete and unconditional surrender of their violence to the forces of freedom.
