New Katerina Izmailova
The narcissistic value of MM was powered by parental adoration, pride in the success of the daughter, good abilities, charming among peers in their studies, outfits, and abundance. The only critic in the family was a grandmother, a former Rabfakovka, a party leader of a local scale, an old swear and a picky mother -in -law.
The girl, a late child, caused her grandmother not maternal feelings, but envy and annoyance - all the attention of the family was attracted to this “little one”, she intended the most tidbits and the most delicate feelings. Everything in MM annoyed the grandmother - pretentiousness, inaccurate, addiction to sweets, there is a manner, the first regulatory, playing the viewer when guests appear, the use of cosmetics from early adolescence. The grandmother was not shy about expressing her opinions and softened only when she brought her granddaughter to tears.
And the granddaughter of my I, my championship, my successes and (sometimes false) enthusiasm of others and was waiting for the prince, who would appreciate these virtues. She did not know how to wait, especially since the university friends already had admirers and boasted their sexual successes. She found an admirer in a cafe where she came with her friends. He was pretty, courteous, spoke vulgarities, from which she was delighted and giggled. He appreciated her dignity to the extent that she bought these enthusiasm.
The new Katerina Izmailova paid for renting an apartment in which the young man who came from the province, who tried to attach to the car, who arrived from the province, lived in a car mechanic for the repair of foreign cars, drove him to a cafe and disco, bought his clothes so that it was not a shame to show off next to him at parties, in clubs and other parties. The proximity with him caused her an unquenchable need for even greater recognition, especially since often, especially in the lack of money, he showed her his neglect, satiety and even disgust. Perhaps he considered her a boring, screamingly dressing, in some ways false and vibrating and expressed it rudely and unceremoniously, especially since he did not possess a tact nor the ability to love.
To quench her need for recognition and his appetites, she dragged money and values from the house - good, the parents were wealthy, there was money in the house, they used everything together. Parents did not like the young man, but is it possible to interfere with the young and intervene in their lives? The grandmother saw everything, called her “whore”, it was even more offensive nickname, yabed for her parents, but they did not listen to her “old well”.
It turned out that the young man needed a lot of money - for employment, a new apartment, repayment of debts (they visited a slot machine room, he also had card debts). She, in a hurry on a date, dumped all the cash in the house in the bag, her own and her mother’s jewelry.
There was no parents at home, and the grandmother saw everything, began to scream, matuing, threatened to tell her parents, call the police; Then, opening, she went to the kitchen to drink morning coffee. The reckoning was unprecedentedly cruel-the girl pierced the grandmother with an iron, applied a lot of stab wounds, pulled out from under the mattress, on which the grandmother hidden old woman money was sleeping. Then she washed her hands, washed away from the floor of the blood, shifted Babkino's body to her bed and rushed to her lover. He gave her the police.

Huggage
NN has always been confident in the correctness of her life. She was a convinced Komsomol member, and then a disciplined member of the party; Having received a secondary pedagogical education, she worked as a primary school teacher, distinguished by demand and ability to achieve ideal discipline from students.
Subsequently, she became an instructor in the party district committee. Love poetry (Mayakovsky, Simonov, Surkov), revolutionary films, novels with a clear plot and outlined characters of heroes. The husband was in her full subordination; He returned from the war to the wounded and sick, she selflessly looked after him and did not change her lifestyle after his death. The son was different, incomprehensible, sought to deceive her or escaped from her control, his hobbies were alien to her, numerous wives caused contempt, she did not maintain relations with her grandchildren.
After 70 years, being a disabled person of the 1st group of vision and suffering from hearing loss, she began to demand from her son even more veneration, weekly visits and material assistance. The granddaughter, who was brought up in her father’s family, did not like, considered her similar to her “slutty mother”, which her son left when the granddaughter was 4 years old. With dissatisfaction, she treated her son’s idea to “bequeath” her apartment to his granddaughter and privatize her apartment on shares with his granddaughter.
The only son of NN died when she was 75 years old. The reaction to the death of his son was the fear of loneliness, the fear of being helpless, the need for sympathy and care. Her relationships with neighbors and social workers improved after the death of her son, she became flattering, in the conversation there were a distinct notes, she constantly thought about the upcoming death, her loneliness, with the help of a neighbor began to look for “decent” tenants who could take care of her share of ownership of the apartment.
Relations with the granddaughter, who came to her occasionally, showed disgust in relation to her and evaded her, after the death of her son worsened, she reproached her for the desire to accelerate her death and take possession of the apartment. She often visited the clinic, complained about poor hearing and vision, dizziness, headaches, memory deterioration, but at the same time her complaints were adequate, she performed medical appointments carefully, her doctors did not reveal her behavior. Only at separate moments, being in a slight feeding (she loved sweet fortified wine), the old woman treated her granddaughter tea and read her favorite poems.
Soon, the neighbor picked up her tenants - it was a family from Dagestan, for whom respect for the elderly and the ability to take care of them were a born property. NN, according to the neighbors, became smooth, clean, well -groomed, she told everyone that “now she would put it in a coffin,” and signed an agreement on the gift of her apartment for the tenant, who until the last day of her life NN carried out her care.
Since she did not hide her intention to give the apartment, the granddaughter accepted this intention for her personal insult, regarded her grandmother’s hostility as a manifestation of psychosis and demanded that the psychiatrist conduct a psychiatric examination. Shortly before the statement of the PND on the involuntary examination of NN, NN came to the court, NN independently came to the PND with a request to give her a certificate about the absence of psychiatric contraindications for the issuance of a gift agreement. The psychiatrist did not give a certificate, since the old woman, due to blindness and deafness, did not always understand the questions of the doctor, but did not establish her psychiatric diagnosis.
Soon after this, NN entered into a gift agreement, and then fully armed (with the hearing aid) came to the court, where the issue of an involuntary psychiatric examination was considered. In court, she consistently defended her interests, said that she did not consider herself a mentally ill, talked about the “intrigues” of her granddaughter, who did not take care of her, and “pushed” to the apartment.
Six months after the preparation of the gift and scandal with a granddaughter, who could not come to terms with the inability to become the owner of the apartment after the death of her grandmother, NN ambulance was hospitalized in the psychosomatic department of the hospital, where she was diagnosed with “vascular confusion”, and then “vascular psychosis” and “dementia”. I stayed in the NN hospital for a week. Due to the almost complete blindness and the absence of the hearing aid, she did not immediately figure out where she was, and when she figured it out, she began to demand an extract and say that she got to the hospital because of the evil intrigues of her granddaughter and by her “slander”. There was no reason to hold her in the hospital, she was discharged at the insistence of relatives (wife's wife), after which NN was the last time tried to defend her interests - she wrote a statement to the prosecutor about the unlawful hospitalization of her in a psychiatric hospital.
Six months after these events, NN died. Granddaughter filed an application with the court on the recognition of the gift agreement invalid due to the mental illness of the grandmother. Forensic psychiatric examination underwent the diagnosis of dementia established in the hospital six months after the transaction for the period of conclusion of the gift agreement and considered that NN could not understand the meaning of its actions and lead them. The court was inclined to accept the conclusion of experts as the basis of the decision. One of the underlying motives that guided the court was the opinion of the granddaughter that the "Caucasians" used for their own purposes that "the grandmother was crazy."
The judicial conflict is a clash of individualized social attitudes of its participants:
- The deceased grandmother, who during the last years of her life thought about the upcoming death, her growing helplessness, the need to find friendly and calm people who could take care of her and worthy to bury. These attitudes were based on the uniqueness of the personality of NN, its uncompromisingness, the desire to unconditionally for their peace to individualize social doctrines and the same unconditional submission of their behavior by existential motives associated with the disease and death.
- granddaughters, devoid of any syntholity in relation to the old person and guided by his own interests, which gives social sound and social structure: “The crazy old woman was selfish all her life, she quarreled with all her father’s wives, considered me an enemy and a villain, arranged scandals, reproached her part of the apartment in her hands in her hands in her hands "Caucasians" who no longer allow anyone to live in our country ", etc.
- the court (judges), who did not trust any of the participants in the process, saw in each of them the selfish motifs, did not know how and did not want to understand the motivation of the parties, did not understand the problems of social psychiatry and psychology, tried to replace the motives of the process of compliance with certain civil procedures, refused to analyze the content of the materials of the civil case, the participants of which They were involved in the continuous Kafkian process.

Live, playfully
Everything NN was easily given - study, sport, communication. Everyone loved him for non -malnutrition and generosity. He did not value toys, property, relationships, did not like constancy and was fond of only what gave an immediate gain. Since no one has been given to constantly win, he began to smoke anaha from adolescence and consume small doses of alcohol “for high”. It just so happened that the “buzz” from the winnings and doping became his constant need and a constant state - he is always a little touching, but not drunk, glad to win and is not sad from losing.
In his youth, he received a driver’s license, he loved a quick ride - what Russian does not like it - he worked as a driver, and then, having bought a car, he was engaged in breaking up. After the death of his parents, he became the owner of a three -room apartment in which his wife and two children were registered. His relations with women were always easy - they loved him for his generosity, breadth of revelry, and unchanged mercy. He did not feel affection for anyone, but loved when they looked after him and fed deliciously.
He became angry only when there was no alcohol at home or his wife reproached him for drunkenness, instead of “bringing it out”. At such moments, he could beat her. The children of the soul did not tea in him - he loved to play with them, it was fun and easy with him. If the children were sick or experienced difficulties in studying, he preferred to leave home.
In recent years, he has been at home only occasionally-not because of the mistresses, but because he spent almost all his time in the casino and the gym of slot machines, where he won and lost large amounts, and then either spent time with friends and prostitutes in expensive restaurants, or looked for the opportunity to find money to pay debts-you won’t pay-they will kill. He divorced his wife, but maintained a relationship. He did not sell only the car - without it, like without hands and without head.
3 years ago, to pay debts, he sold an apartment with his wife and two children. The wife learned about this only when the bailiffs came to them with a notification of eviction. Now she and her children live with her mother in a one -room apartment. The lawsuit in the lawsuit of the ex -wife against NN on the recognition of the sale of the apartment of the apartment is invalid for almost 2 years. During this time, the apartment several times through intermediaries was resold and moved from one owner to another.
During the court hearings, to which NN came, as always, cheerful and gave the most sincere testimony, he often asked the judge to take a break, during which he was refueling a small amount of alcohol, biting with mint tablets or chewing gum.
NN lives playfully. He does not want to be treated for alcoholism and game addiction, he does not consider himself an alcoholic, he does not feel severe signs of a hangover, because he always plays and always tipsy. He spends the night in the car. 1-2 times a week he comes to the apartment to the former mother-in-law, washes, takes the washed and ironed underwear and shirt, drinks a “glass” with pleasure and absorbs lunch that the ex-wife gives him. Sometimes it remains at night.
Children still do not have a soul in him-he goes to a walk with them, they visit the zoo, eat ice cream and selflessly under the supervision and with the participation of his father spend time in the games on the machine guns.

Such love
LL's need for love remained unnecessary. He did not need recognition - he avoided school communication, because He studied at home almost all the time due to frequent colds, a tendency to fainting and physical weakness. He managed to well at the university and did not participate in student parties, and his father - a bruise official arranged him for the work of a bank clerk and employees treated him with reverence.
In childhood, LL's need for love was satisfied with a loving and slavishly devoted mother. Women treated him without curiosity, but he did not show special activity due to shyness. Random ties did not give him pleasure, after that he felt unsatisfied and insolvent - and what kind of love is there?!
Mom found him a wife who showed a servility towards his parents, was immensely glad that they bought and equipped an apartment for them, but did not understand him, and in bed involuntarily showed some annoying activity that caused him irritation. He wanted him to love him not for something, but simply for the fact of existence, demanded absolute devotion, understood that it was not feasible and secretly from everyone wrote poems that
"It makes no sense to live on that land" ...
“The soul was ill from unnecessary suffering
She opened the arms for the shadow. "
LL had an older brother - a tall, sociable, unceremonious, successful career of which his father was proud of. The brother treated LL condescendingly and patronizing, often told him about his love adventures that did not prevent him from taking care of his wife and child.
It turned out that family affairs prevented his brother on this day to meet with one of his “friends” and he asked LL to meet her and offer to spend the night in a rented apartment in order to spend time with her the next day. At the meeting, her brother’s mistress looked curiously at LL, willingly agreed to go with him to a rented apartment and asked to stay overnight.
In the morning, during a joint breakfast with LL, perceived a glass of cognac, she inquired whether he was always so bad in bed and asked why he "climbs if he could not." It was intolerable. They fought, he was thrown into a corner, blood flowed from his nose.
Then they reconciled, he removed the dishes from the table, she began to whimmer in front of a manual mirror. Approaching her behind, he threw a noose on her neck and, showing unusual power and dexterity, strangled her. When she calmed down, he transferred her to the sofa and performed with her, sluggish, passive, not yet stuck, sexual intercourse. It was a complete limitless possession and an incomparable, for the first time in his life, experienced pleasure.

Dinosaurians and apartment
Father K. did not know, he left them when he was 2 years old. The mentally ill mother constantly told her son that the father is a sorcerer, leading them to damage, sprinkled the walls of their apartment with various potions, constantly whispered prayers and spells from the evil spirit. K. was afraid of the darkness, together with his mother fought off from his father's influences; At the age of 8-9, having seen enough cartoons online as 720, before going to bed he began to see “dinosaurians and dragons”, the appearance of which associated with the intention of his father to destroy their family.
His mother did not let him into school, because She believed that teachers are also influenced by her father. He talked with the guys in the courtyard, was distinguished by evil, resentment, and dummy.
