"On August 28-29, on the territory of the Belgorod, Bryansk, Vladimir, Voronezh, Ivanovo, Kaluga, Kursk, Lipetsk, Moscow, Oryol, Ryazan, Tver and Yaroslavl regions due to strong rains, thunderstorms and squalled wind, there is a high probability of emergencies associated with a violation of the functioning of life support objects, damage to lines of lines of lines. Power and connection, difficulties in the operation of all types of transport, violations in the housing and communal services system, flooding of low sections of the terrain and erosion of road roads of local and federal significance, ”the warning of the Anti -Posteriy Center of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia says.
According to the forecast, on weekends, most of the territory of the central region will be in the zone of active cyclone and its atmospheric fronts, the passage of which will be accompanied by strong storm rains, thunderstorms and wind strengthening to 15-20 meters per second.
