Two suspects in plotting a terrorist attack were arrested at Amsterdam airport; a mock-up bomb was found in their possession.

Police in Amsterdam removed from the United Airlines flight Chicago - Amsterdam and arrested two passengers on suspicion of plotting a terrorist attack. During a search, they found a dummy bomb - three mobile phones and a watch that were glued to the bottle. US citizen Ahmed Mohamed Nasser al Sufi and Yemeni citizen Hezem Mourisi were arrested at the request of the US authorities.

Authorities say the detainees did not have explosives. In addition, passengers were found to have $7,000 in cash. According to other sources, the found mobile phone was taped to a container with medicines. Also, two knives were found in the Yemeni citizen's bag.

According to the police, in this way the passengers checked the vigilance of the security services.

Yemen is considered one of the countries of the “axis of terrorism”.
