In the north-west of European Russia, the weather will be determined by the atmospheric fronts of the Atlantic cyclone. On September 13, there will be light rain in places only in the Leningrad region, in the Pskov and Novgorod regions there will be no precipitation, the temperature will be +13...+18oC. A high background of atmospheric pressure will remain in the center. Light rains will occur only in certain areas (near blurred atmospheric fronts), temperature +14...+21оС. The south will be affected by the Turkish cyclone. On Monday, intermittent rain in places, thunderstorm (except in the north), wind gusts up to 15--20 m/s in places, in Dagestan up to 25 m/s, in the daytime +18...+26оС, in the south and east +28... +30оС.

In Moscow on Monday afternoon it will be cloudy, with clearings, no precipitation, maximum temperature +18...+20оС, in the region +17...+22оС, light wind.

In St. Petersburg there is mostly no precipitation, the temperature is +17...+19оС.

On September 13, elevated atmospheric pressure will remain in most of the European territory of Russia. This negatively affects the well-being of people with cardiovascular diseases, such as hypertension, angina, ischemia, or those who have had a heart attack or stroke. They may experience surges in blood pressure, pain in the heart, and headaches. People with cardiovascular diseases can react to certain disturbances in the geomagnetic field by developing headaches and heart pain. In the central zone of European Russia, moderately warm and mostly dry weather will have a beneficial effect on the well-being of the majority of its residents.
