The anticyclone will bring several days of Indian summer to the central regions of European Russia. And the northwest will get rain from the Atlantic cyclone. The relatively warm weather in the north-west and center of European Russia is favorable for well-being. Only an increased background of atmospheric pressure in the middle zone can cause illness in people with arterial hypertension. Unstable weather with gusty winds in the south of European Russia will not have the best effect on the condition of people with heart disease and can cause sleep disturbances. Predominantly calm geomagnetic conditions are expected.
