In the North-West region on September 17 and 18 there will be light rain in places; on September 19 the rain will intensify to moderate and will occur everywhere. During the day the prevailing temperature is +11...+17оС. In the Central region, rains of varying intensity are expected for three days; on September 18, heavy in places, thunderstorms are possible. September 17 in the warm sector +16...+23оС, September 18 +13...+18оС, September 19 +11...+17оС. In the south +20...+29оС.

In the capital on Friday there will be rain, at night +12...+14оС, during the day +17...+19оС, wind south-west, west, 5--10 m/s. On Saturday and Sunday, rain, heavy in places, at night +10...+12оС, during the day +14...+16оС, wind south-west, west, 4--9 m/s.

In St. Petersburg on Friday it will rain, at night +10...+12оС, during the day +14...+16оС. On Saturday it will rain, at night +8...+10оС, during the day +13...+15оС. On Sunday rain, at night +7...+9оС, during the day +11...+13оС.

In the north-west, in the center of European Russia and on the Upper Volga, the weather is warm, but damp and windy against a background of low atmospheric pressure. In this situation, people with chronic diseases of the joints and spine, such as osteochondrosis, arthritis, polyarthritis, arthrosis, will experience discomfort. In such weather, the oxygen content in the air decreases, so deterioration of health is likely in people with chronic oxygen deficiency, diseases of the bronchi and lungs. Low atmospheric pressure will negatively affect the well-being of hypotensive people and people suffering from various vascular disorders. Warm weather with short rains will continue in the Black Earth Region and southern European Russia.
