On the European territory of Russia, the wonderful time of golden autumn is ending. A cyclone will pass through the central part of the region with rain and clouds. In the center of Russia there will be rain with the cyclone, heavy in places at night in the north, northeast and east. In the north-west of European Russia, light rain will occur in places only in the Novgorod region. But here, too, with the arrival of the Arctic anticyclone, the temperature will drop - frosts are possible in places at night during clearing, the daytime temperature will be +7...+13oC. In the south of European Russia in the atmospheric front zone there will be short-term rains, heavy in places, thunderstorms will thunder; during a thunderstorm, wind gusts can increase to 15--20 m/s, on Wednesday afternoon +20...+29оС.

In the north-west of European Russia, an increase in atmospheric pressure can cause negative reactions in people suffering from cardiovascular diseases, primarily hypertension. Unstable weather with rain and gusty winds is expected in the center of European Russia. Due to fluctuations in basic meteorological parameters, the well-being of weather-sensitive people may worsen. It will be especially difficult in such conditions for people suffering from cardiovascular diseases. In the south of European territory, thunderstorms and gusty winds can provoke negative reactions in people with nervous and psycho-emotional disorders.
