"At the second address on Engels Avenue, the militants opened fire on the civilian population, as a result of which two young people who were taken to the Makhachkala hospital received light injuries," the National Anti -Terrorism Committee said.
On Engels Avenue, the regime of the counter -terrorist operation was also introduced, fighters of special forces of the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia are conducting further measures to neutralize the bandits, said in NAC.
