In European Russia, cold weather will continue under the influence of the anticyclone. In the northwestern region there is light snow in places, -12...-18°C during the day. In the central region, frosty weather will remain, with light snow swirling in places, -13...-18°C. In the south the weather is unfavorable, snow, in the Astrakhan region -4...-9оС, in some places down to -15оС, in the Sochi area 0...+5оС.

In the capital there is light snow in places, conditions for sleet, ice, icicles, minimum temperature -20...-22оС, during the day -13...-15оС, north wind, 3--8 m/s.

There is light snow in St. Petersburg, at night -17...-19оС, in the surrounding area up to -22оС, during the day -12...-14оС.

Spastic weather will remain in most of the European territory of Russia. Weather with abnormally high atmospheric pressure and severe frosts is especially unfavorable for people suffering from cardiovascular diseases, such as hypertension, vegetative-vascular dystonia, cerebral atherosclerosis, and those who have had a heart attack or stroke. When leaving a warm room into the cold, vascular spasm may occur in people predisposed to this. Healthy people also do not feel well at such high atmospheric pressure. You feel weak, tired, irritable, and your performance decreases. In the Lower Volga region and the Northern Caucasus, wet and windy weather will continue. In such weather, exacerbations of chronic diseases of the joints, spine, bronchi and lungs are possible. Gusty winds can provoke attacks of restlessness and anxiety in people with psycho-emotional disorders.
