A resident of Veliky Novgorod was arrested for two days for improper parking, the website of the FSSP administration for the Novgorod region reports.
The incident happened on June 25th. The driver left the car on Bolshaya St. Petersburg Street in Veliky Novgorod, where parking was prohibited. The inspector issued him a fine of three thousand rubles, but the man did not pay it within 30 days. On October 12, the Novgorodian was forcibly brought to court, which issued a decision on arrest for non-payment for two days.
It is noted that in September another resident of Veliky Novgorod was arrested for five days for a similar offense.
