The two -phase of Russian history after 1917 was noticed for a long time. They even tried to pass it off as a surrogate of bipartis. There have been no elections for a long time (the latter were relatively free ... mmm ... Well, until 1993-this is understandable, but when? In the 91st, probably). Choosing in Russia is the prerogative of the authorities: to elect and selectively falsify the electoral process. The protein mass is not electoral, therefore, the taxable. In medieval Russia, it - that is, we would be called black.

In Moscow, the XV-XVII centuries were white areas and were black. Blacks paid taxes, the whites did not pay. It was called - "tolerate" from taxes. If we take into account that the blacks, in the expansion of "Ethiopians", then simply considered demons, then this black and white division had curious theological overtones. Angels and demigods are white, and they are finging from the devils who plow the earth, the coal is burning, the iron is smoked ... It is better to live in the full black phase of the Russian (and Moscow) history because the power is nodded in the servant and awaits the state response. The fun should be gloomy, the mercy here is inappropriate and regarded as a mockery and riot. Moreover, a decisive person who respects himself will have fun and rejoice - oh, of course, not the blackness that covered him like a thunderstorm of Yershalaim, but that the light is shining in the darkness.
