On Saturday, September 23, another rally was held on Pushkinskaya Square in the same Moscow, with the “five requirements”, the first and most important of which is Putin's resignation.

A lot of people came to the subbotnemiting by the Moscow standards - a thousand people, if little. I can’t evaluate the eyes. Although the square was surrounded by riot police, but from the site of the truck that served as the tribune, the crowd was visible, and the loud was impressive.

The speakers were optimistic: "The weather is good, and now we will gather ten times more, - we will have a takoujo we will swim! .."

“Requirements”, of all, maybe wonderful, are only two questions: “Why ask the authorities?”, And - “on whose behalf”?

The tragedy of the age of limitations: about a thousand hostages, one hundred and thirty dead, from them - from firearms, and one hundred and twenty -five - after the gas during the assault. Many hundreds of survivors lost their health.

So there is, there is something to ask for - from power in general, and from the then president, eleven years ago, who went and came to power on the "counter -terrorist" wave.

But - they did not ask.

First, they asked: how and why could forty terrorists be in the center of Moscow? It became possible-three years after the September explosions of 1999, when the “fight against terrorism” became the national idea of ​​Fix.

They did not even ask that the commander of the terrorist detachment Movsar Baraev, according to reports, was listed three times (!) The last time - a few weeks before the capture of the center.

They did not ask-they were and were huddled by new explosions-in Tushino in the summer of 2003, and in the subway, at the Automotive Wounded 2004 and recently, six months ago, on March 29 in Lubyanka and on Parkekulture.

Secondly, they did not ask about the main thing-that the priority goal of the authorities as a whole and the “security forces” in particular was the destruction of terrorists, and not salvation.

They did not ask, - Beslan was killed, where during the counter -terrorist operation, more than half of which were children, more than half of whom were.

The terrorist attacks with a brush -off capture of hostages after that stopped, since the Ichorganizers realized: the authorities are ready to make any victims, but the dialogue will not come with them, and will not discuss their requirements.

“The whole” was ready to do almost any part of his own part - and thereby turned out to be the same.

Now we have no requirements ...

Finally, thirdly, they did not ask for a non-disclosure of those events-and the terrorist attack itself, the ideal of the special services.

As a result, terrorists were guilty of vibrant - already killed, all forty, so judging the same, and the case could be closed.

Conflict -eres: the Federal Security Service and carried out counter -terrorism operations, and investigated its own actions.

So in the end it was announced that by no means the gas caused the death of hostages ...

There is, there is a lot and what to ask ...

This was already a built-in, where terror and counter-terror somehow went down from the distant wild mountains of the West. The capital was horrified, and in the end, the ruling colonel was forced to get better to hell, and then to the bunks. The answer, I'm afraid it will be disappointing.

Then, eight years ago, the help of the victims of the attack and a public investigation of events did not become a united or at least the main task of parties, movements, organizations calling themselves democratic.

This is by no means a rage - I can make the same claim to myself and my organization, the "memorial."

There was no full public investigation of this and other terrorist attacks in Moscow, Avcheshny hostages and their relatives were almost left to their own devices.

Their pain did not become the whole of Moscow-although it seems that every city dweller knew one of the hostages who survived or dead, if not personally, then "through one friend."

Most recently, on October 3-4, on the next anniversary of the 1993 events, the Communists and others like a nimble, and a half portraits of those killed in our "small civilian".

Nord-Ost dead residents of the "Nord-Ost" are so remembered and remembered only by their, and surviving hostages.

And the asking for some completely progressive and democratic journalist-he, you see, will again begin to say that the number of the dead is unknown, and that the authorities are scrapping dozens of victims! Although there are lists compiled by no means by the authorities ...

I repeat the question: so on whose name they are going to present an account with the authorities?

Yes, among them, and above all among them! -There were many people who helped the victims of the Nord-Ost. There were such people among those who came to Pushkinskaya Square last Saturday. But can their leaders now, eight years later, say Otimen victims of the attack and all Muscovites, turning to the authorities?

At the opposition, a minute of silence was announced in the concessbreeding rally of opposition - "all the victims of the Putin regime."
