Thugism, or Big Eastern Brother

The speed with which the democratic so far Ukraine passes through all the stages through which Putin Russia passed - from the establishment of control over the courts to the use of power as an enrichment tool - amazes. We did not even see such a quick evolution in Kyrgyzstan Kurmanbek Bakiev. It is just right to talk about the special structure and ideology of the post -Soviet states, and I propose to name this device and ideology of trowel. Or, if you like, Thugism.

Shpanism is when the country runs a punks, with all habits, habits and horizons of a punks. The history of Ukraine for the last few months perfectly illustrates the practice and theory of punks.

The first story is, of course, a revision of the constitution. The Constitutional Court of Ukraine recognized the Constitution illegal for six years, and the country from the parliamentary republic became the Republic of presidential. In fact, the court returned to President Yanukovych that full power that President Yushchenko did not have.

Republics are both parliamentary, presidential, and in itself the change in the constitution is a constitutional thing. But here it is important not the change itself, but how it is done. For formal reasons, the court (and not a referendum) recognized the Constitution invalid. It is simply amazing the level of impudence: the country is divided, like a candle factory, by a court decision, it’s good at least not the city of Zhmerinka.

The second story is Krivorozhstal. Immediately after the Orange Revolution, Prime Minister Tymoshenko took away from Pinchuk a Krivorozhstal privatized for a penny and sold Mittalo Lakshmi at a normal auction for $ 4.8 billion. 4.8 billion dollars. - This, by the way, before the hell of money.

In addition to money, there were investment obligations. 2008 came. The markets collapsed. Arselor (by this time, I recall, Mittal united with Arselor and became the largest steel company in the world) asked the Ukrainian dews to reconsider part of his obligations. The Federal Property Management Agency was revised. As soon as Yanukovych came to power, suddenly another lawsuit formed in the next trial - they say, Mittal did not fulfill investment obligations, and it is necessary to select Krivorozhstal from him. So the same dew allowed! “No,” the plaintiff answers, “it turns out that the question should have been resolved at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.” Sorry, but this is your business where you should have considered it. Mittal is to blame?

This story has ended well. Yanukovych went to France, and there, apparently, he had a very tough conversation with Sarkozy. After that, Yanukovych did not pretend that he could not get through to the general prosecutor, and with thieves, he said that, they say, this would not even reach the next trial.

But it is clear that this is not the end, but the beginning. The principle is important here. Shpan came to power. Shpan, innocently understanding the process of managing the country as a process of hitting a sucker. The fact that the sucker is now called "Arselor" does not change the worldview of steep boys. They only take a breath from opening opportunities.

The third story is, of course, Rosucranergo. The owner of Rosukranergo, Mr. Firtash, became the chief merchant of Ukraine, squeezing Rinat Akhmetov from this position. I generally predict Akhmetov a sad future. I don’t know whether the legend or not a story about how Akhmetov beat Yanukovych’s face in the airfield after the defeat of the latter in the elections (supposedly flew, gave Yanukovych in the face and flew back), but Akhmetov made the most unforgivable political mistake that could be: he made the insignificance of the head of the party. Nothing, having come to power, former benefactors do not forgive.

One way or another, now the most important is Firtash. At a meeting of Medvedev with Ukrainian businessmen, he sits opposite Medvedev. And here is the picture with oil. The new government gains control over the Ministry of Energy, through this - control over Naftogaz, and after that “Naftogaz”, that is, the new government loses to itself in the Stockholm court, where Rosucranergo filed a lawsuit against Naftogaz. And, according to the decision of the Stockholm Court, Ukraine turns out to be Mr. Firtash 12 billion cubic meters of gas, the cost of which is currently $ 3 billion.

What will happen next is difficult to say. The IMF seemed to make the Ukrainian authorities understand that if they decide to pay cash with a debt exceeding the deficit of the Ukrainian budget, they will not receive a cent of the IMF. So they will most likely pay in kind. But here the principle is again important.

Shpan, who has come to power, innocently believes that power is such a way to quickly recognize the state due to 3 billion dollars. its company, and the fact that this company has become a parable in the tongue and the FBI is investigating its connection with Semen Mogilevich, who is in the first ten criminals wanted by the FBI is no matter. Well, what will they make us there, suckers? Will the next resolution will accept PACE? So let them wip out, overlords.

And finally, the fourth story. Already political. On the eve of the elections to the local authorities, which will take place on October 31, the country has spread in the country's elegant technology for cloning the voting lists. Namely, a person who is loyal to the authorities is taken, a branch of the Opposition Political Party is registered on his behalf in this city, a list is drawn up, and then the court decides that this branch is a real and the other (which is real) is a false one. One of these fake lists of the Fatherland was registered in Lviv. Tymoshenko arrived in Lviv, Lviv’s election room registered her list as real. And the next day, the chapter of the election commission was imprisoned.

What amazes me in all this? Evidence of causes and consequences.

Before the presidential election, thoughtful Slavs-inteligents twisted their nose and said: “It is better to vote for Yanukovych, because Tymoshenko is such a populist, such a future dictator, such a strong politician!”

Gentlemen, no one is the best dictator than a thieves' insignificance. The dictator is a bandit on the throne. The dictator differs from the punks only by scale. Nothing else: neither ideas about life, nor the habit of bending suckers, nor an approach to life - I am strong, so I will eat you - the dictator from the punks is not different. Yanukovych torn hats from people when they sat on tremors in public toilets. Now he does the same with the European Union and Mittal. And, believe me, this power finds a special pleasure in the fact that these suckers, in which pants are lowered, cannot run after it.

However, in all this, President Yanukovych takes an example from his great eastern brother. Or, more precisely, from a large eastern brother.
