No, not very, because it proves that at that time the law in the United States worked in such a way that it was impossible to directly blame Al Capone. Or the police were bribed. Or Al Capone himself was a cunning. And then his activities were stopped. Right or not? Don't know. If the court made a decision as a result of a call to the judge from the White House, then it is still bad. It is necessary to judge for real crimes, because this is also a kind of message to society - "this cannot be done." And when society is told that this cannot be done, but at the same time they wink and make it clear that it is actually possible, but in fact it is impossible to do completely different, then society is in severe thought: so it is sinful and what is righteous. As a result, we have the process of corruption of society.

Another thesis: they say, everyone stole it, and one Khodorkovsky sat ... I have no evidence and therefore I naively assume that I have no wealth in my own gouging, and not because I was robbed by evil oligarchs. And in theory, such naivety is called the presumption of innocence. And this presumption must be followed by law by the judicial authorities. But I will try to translate this thesis into a tongue free from the bald deal. People acted within the framework of existing laws. And only Khodorkovsky sat with Lebedev. No, not only. Firstly, every Russian region has its own Khodorkovsky. Secondly, there is Chichvarkin, who did not sit down, since the Message “Vali” understood without question. There are a lot of people who are looking for what, excuse me, to dig into the property. If justice is selective, then this is a violation of the principle of legality. This is a purely political matter.

And I also want to remind. The next, second day of the sentence, in my eyes, people were knitted, shouting “Khodorkovsky Freedom”, knitted cruelly, with clubs and riot police, and then they wrote in the protocol on administrative detention: “For the transition of the street in the wrong place.” With delay, I testify - everything happened only on the sidewalk. And there were no “ours” then, so the role of the classes was played by the hired mass, hiding faces and leaving strictly at the end of the paid time.

So this is also symbols of the political process. Significant, but not the main ones. The main one is still a violation of the principle of legality. Although, with the current very voluntarily interpreted law on counteracting extremism, our horizons are narrowing with you, and they are sewing up 360 degrees around.
