An Atlantic cyclone is approaching European territory. It will determine the weather in the coming days in the north-west and center of European Russia - it will be rainy, but warm with south-west winds. The south will be protected from precipitation by an anticyclone. In the North-West region on November 2, light rains, +3...+8оС, tomorrow rains are moderate and warmer, +5...+10оС. In the center of Russia on November 2, light rains will occur mainly in the western half, and on November 3 they are expected everywhere, the daytime temperature will be +5...+10°C.

In Moscow, cloudy during the day, with clearings, light rain at times, temperature +7...+9оС, in the region +5...+10оС, southwest wind, 4--9 m/s. Tomorrow afternoon cloudy, with clearing, light rain at times, temperature +7...+9оС, in the region +5...+10оС, wind south-west, west, 5--10 m/s, gusts up to 15- -18 m/s. At night there is occasional light rain, temperature +7...+9оС, in the region +5...+10оС.

In St. Petersburg there is light rain in the morning, no precipitation in the afternoon, temperature +6...+8oC. Tomorrow in the second half of the night there will be light rain, temperature at night +3...+5оС, during the day +6...+8оС.

Today, in the northern regions of European Russia, damp and cool weather with gusty winds can cause exacerbation of chronic diseases of the bronchi and lungs, joints and spine. Warm weather will remain in central European territory, but a decrease in pressure may affect the well-being of people suffering from hypotension. On November 2, isolated disturbances in the geomagnetic background are predicted; on November 3, the geomagnetic background is predominantly calm.
