The court put a point in the protracted case "Blonde against bailiffs." The Udmurt bailiffs will be required to pay 30 thousand rubles to Muscovite Yana Kulikova for using her photos on the Internet to knock out debts, Vesti reports.

The FSSP employees from Udmurtia have mastered an unusual way to work with citizens who have evaded paying debts. Under the guise of the metropolitan beauty and the name "Elya Kovalevskaya", they got acquainted with "classmates" with debtors, learned about their income, and then appointed a dating.

“Correspondence was always on the same topic. Allegedly, the girl wants to meet with me, she liked it, she fell in love with me. She insisted that I invite her for lunch, to dinner. I was interested in my property - I have a car where I live and so on,” recalls one of the witnesses on the case.

Instead of a young student, strong men in body armor came on a date. As a result, there were any lover who remained without a car, some without a wallet. In total, cunning bailiffs obtained about half a million rubles for the treasury.

“This was and is a tactical technique,” ​​said Igor Lebedev, head of the department of the enforcement proceedings of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Udmurt Republic.

This explanation did not satisfy Jan Kulikov, since she was caused by noticeable moral damage. “All my friends, relatives who live both far and not far began to call. They began to ask questions: Yana, what are you actually doing? Either I work as a bailiff, or I was hired bailiffs as a girl of easy behavior to help the fishing for these debtors,” she said.

Yana demanded 5 million rubles for a blow to business reputation, but did not come from the capital at the hearing. The defendant Oleg Kuleshov, who virtually seduced debtors did not appear. As a result, the court compensated Kulikova’s suffering is much more modest than she expected.

Despite the lost business, the bailiffs are not going to change the technology, now instead of a photo of pretty Muscovites, they intend to use pictures of no less attractive employees of their department.
