Stanislav Chernyshevich, leader of the Plekhanovo group: Today I heard the news that China has made a global leap, and almost all countries, not just Russia, are hopelessly behind it. This happens precisely because China is taking every step to modernize its country, even through theft or purchase of knowledge. The Chinese are putting all their efforts in this direction. The whole world goes like this. And Russia needs it. We need modernization, re-equipment and re-equipment, not only technologically, but also of brains. The whole country needs to be directed in this direction. I am sure that such a movement is necessary and the more people are involved in modernization, the faster it will happen.
