The State Duma completes work on the draft budget for next year

The Russian State Duma is considering today in the third - final reading, the draft federal budget for next year, as well as the planning period until 2013.

Earlier, the country's Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, among the main tasks of this budget, listed the fulfillment of social obligations, the further modernization of key elements of infrastructure, and the preservation of macroeconomic stability.

According to the document, in 2011, the budget deficit will be 3.6 percent of GDP, which is about 1.7 percent lower than the level of this year.
