The responses that came to us after the publication of the final material of the action prove that we hit a nerve. 1 million 700 thousand children waiting for a place in kindergartens is the same number of families in the country who are forced to rely on only one breadwinner in the family for years. Selling places in kindergartens has become quite a widespread practice.

President Medvedev noted this problem in his message as one of the most acute. The mechanism for returning kindergartens to children is still not entirely clear. It is only obvious that some objects can be deprivatized. You can also use schools and technical schools that are closing due to the demographic decline.
