It is painless to promise a little land for an active birth rate, which is still unmeasured in the country outside the Moscow Ring Road. It really can begin to be given, especially in areas not occupied by infrastructure, communications and cottage development.

But the price of the World Cup - billions of dollars - looks like a cynical mockery of the electorate.

The salary of doctors at a rate in the country today is 4175 rubles, nurses - 2900. According to the national project, salaries were increased only for district and ambulance doctors. What quality of work and responsibility for it can be expected from a specialist who is forced to work hard for a couple of rates and take shifts in order to survive? Only in Moscow, and this is the capital, not a single multidisciplinary hospital has been built over the past 15 years. In the regions, the situation was “improved” by optimization, which led to the fact that vast territories began to serve the same huge hospitals, which, if something happened, would take hours.
