For example: “Does the project“ Run after me ”, led by Maria Soboleva, budget financing through the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, led by her husband Vasily Yakemenko?” If we can respond positively to it, then the situation of conflict of interests will become obvious, and this is an occasion for the reaction of not only the network community, but also the higher authorities, as well as, it is not excluded, law enforcement agencies.

The existence of the project “Run after me” of a wide audience became known thanks to the meeting of Vasily Yakemenko with Vladimir Putin. The meeting, recall, took place shortly after the attack on Kommersant's journalist Oleg Kashin. Some journalists and public figures directly called Mr. Yakemenko among the potential customers of the crime. Against this background, the audience with the first face in the government looked like a gesture of support for a young comrade. Yakemenko told the chef about reforming physical education lessons at the school, which should be replaced by a healthy lifestyle lessons. It was about the project “Run after me” that Yakemenko told about the harbinger of future changes.

The bloggers later rubbed the results of this meeting for a long time, drawing attention to the fact that, contrary to the words of Yakemenko, the project has not yet been valid in any Moscow school (this was also confirmed by the profile department of the capital's government), and that the leader of the project is the wife of Vasily Yakemenko Maria Sobolev (no one in his hands was in hand, but there were no refutations).

That is why we have a logical question: how is the project “Run after me” financed?

We started with the official ways to obtain information. The phone number published on the Zamnoy.org project website did not answer, I had to contact the press service of our “ours”, where the correspondent of “New” was explained in advance: employees of the project do not want to communicate with us.

In a similar vein, communication with the press service of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs took place-because, as it turned out, the press service of Rosmolodezh and the press service of our “ours”-the same structure (the agency’s secretary explained that there was no press secretary in the structure of the federal agency, and ... dictated the phone number of the “ours”). The “new” was explained for the second time that they do not intend to contact with the publication on any issues.

Fortunately, any state project leaves traces of its financial and economic activities. These are methodological developments, programs, the creation of sites, the organization of presentations - that is, considerable budget money, the expenditure of which any state structure should produce through the state order system. The scope of decency is also forced to observe the Rosmolodezh.

On the official website for placing state orders zakupki.gov.ru you can find notices regarding the "Seligers" of different years, "Zvorykinsky project" or "technology of good". But, despite the fact that “run after me” is supposedly for several months to be implemented in different cities of Russia, not a single competition, auction or a request for quotations regarding this project, “new” “New” could not be found on the website of the state orders of Zakupki.gov.ru.

On the website of the project "Run after me" Sobolev is called the "Creator" and "Consultant" of the project. Below on each page there is a copy of the copy and signature: "The Federal Agency for Youth Affairs." A few days ago there was also a link to the company's company company-“Kovalev & Rauble” (after our call to the company-disappeared). The company has created about a dozen Internet resources for different Rosmolodezh projects. Information that she won any competitions for the creation of sites in the framework of state orders and the contests themselves or quotations of quotations itself could not be found “new”. We were not refused Kovalev & Raubeube in the commentary, but which the day is asked to "call back later."

They tried to check Maria Soboleva’s involvement in business. And they found out that in the information about the income of civil servants published on the Rosmolodezh website, there is information about all employees and their families, except for ... Yakemenko couple. Just in case, we checked on the website of the Ministry of Sports and Government - also nothing.

What was left? Find out whether any firms are issued to Sobolev. To do this, it was necessary to find out her patronymic. On the page of the Rosmolodezh site dedicated to “Run after me”, the project manager is not indicated. I had to call - and get another refusal: this time in the presentation of data relating to the person heading the project - categorical and without explanation.

The Federal Agency for Youth Affairs refuses to provide us with information about the potentially corruption project “Run after me” and does not publish information about the income of its leader Vasily Yakemenko and his family, in particular, the wife of Maria Soboleva, who heads this project. But we will try to do everything to get the information you are interested in. Therefore, we openly publish questions addressed to Rosmolodezh, the Ministry of Sports, Tourism and Youth Policy and the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation. Here they are:

- Is there a conflict of interest in the actions of the head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs of Youth? If not, then in this case is meant by the concept of “conflict of interests” provided for by the Federal Law “On Combating Corruption”?

- How is financing the project “Run after me” are carried out? What amount was the Rosmolodezh already spent, and did she spend on the implementation of the project? Does the wife of the head of Rosmolodezh Vasily Yakemenko Maria Soboleva receive any reward as a “curator” or “creator” of the project?

- Why does the Rosmolodezh website still have not published information about income, property and property obligations of the family of Vasily Yakemenko? By whose fault or negligence, these data were not published? Did Yakemenko presented this information to the regulatory authorities and his family members? When will the public get acquainted with them?

On his official website, Rosmolodezh asks citizens to leave “information about cases of violation of the requirements for official behavior and the presence of a conflict of interests of civil servants for consideration by the commission”. So let's support the Rosmolodezh in the desire to eradicate corruption. On behalf of the newspaper, we have already sent requests to the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, to the Ministry of Sports, Tourism and Youth Policy, as well as to the Prosecutor General. Officials will be required to answer us within a week.
