Are attempts to control this traditional system visible? Formally yes: having examined the complaints of competitors, the antimonopoly service indicated to Rostransnadzor to violations of the law. Stroy-Deco, Stroyeton and RAP Masterova only for the current year and without taking into account Rostransnadzor have five contracts for almost 29 million rubles with various divisions of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.
