The Moscow Central Internal Affairs Directorate promises to detain participants in the unauthorized action on Tverskaya Square in the event that they do not obey the requirements of the police.

“The organizers of the so -called“ day of anger ”on Tverskaya Square are actively calling for participation in an unauthorized action,” Viktor Biryukov, head of the Department of Information and Public Relations of the Information and Public Relations of the Central Executive Committee of the Moscow State University, told Interfax .

According to him, "in the event that individual citizens attempt to gather, then the police using loudspeakers will first warn them that this event was inconsistent, and if the audience does not obey the legal requirements of the police, then in accordance with the law they will be detained and taken to the internal affairs departments."

Biryukov noted that in connection with yesterday's events on Manezhnaya Square, the Moscow police are taking increased security measures. "The police are really taking increased measures in order to prevent illegal actions from various groups of citizens," said the official representative of the capital's Central Internal Affairs Directorate.

At the same time, he emphasized that "the Moscow police into an enhanced version of service was not transferred."

According to Biryukov, on the eve of the head of the Moscow Central Internal Affairs Directorate Vladimir Kolokoltsev instructed the chiefs of district administrations to take under personal control to ensure the protection of public order in the territory of administrative districts.

"In particular, the head of the Internal Affairs Directorate of Cao Viktor Paukov was instructed to pay special attention to the protection of public order on Tverskaya and Pushkin Squares in connection with the attempt to conduct the so -called" day of anger.
