The director beaten by Kirkorov will determine his fate through a public opinion poll

The director of the Golden Gramophone ceremony Marina Yablokova conducts a public survey, which is designed to resolve her doubts regarding the possibility of concluding a settlement with singer Philip Kirkorov, the Russian Lawyer Sergei Zhorin told the Russian agency Yablokova.

Yablokova appealed to the court with a statement on the initiation of a criminal case against singer Philip Kirkorov for causing easy harm to health and insult. The incident occurred during the rehearsal of the Golden Gramophone ceremony. Kirkorov himself, who first denied his guilt, subsequently admitted that he was sick and needed treatment. The singer underwent an examination in the Israeli clinic, where doctors did not find mental abnormalities.

"We now doubt whether we should bring the case to court or conclude a settlement agreement, and if you go to an agreement, then what compensation for non -pecuniary damage to demand," Zorin said.

According to him, doubts and the "fate of Kirkorov" can resolve public opinion. Zhorin said that the survey is conducted on his website .

"The participants were proposed two questions. The first - whether it is necessary to conclude a settlement agreement or go to court. The second - what is the amount of compensation for non -pecuniary damage from Kirkorov in the event of a settlement agreement," Zhorin said. He emphasized that Yablokova’s decision will largely depend on the survey results.
