Participants in the movement believe that the refusal is politically motivated and the Ministry of Justice refused to register the organization, since the movement participants were going to speak out “against the monopoly on power, bureaucratic lawlessness, and mass corruption.” “We are aware that this process in Russia is opposed by powerful forces, according to the president, influential groups of corrupt officials and entrepreneurs who do nothing,” the movement says.

Its participants claim that they have already sent a letter to the Minister of Justice Alexander Konovalov .
