Generation of Putin. The stream of news about the clashes between nationalists and visitors - this is the information background of the last weeks of 2010. The Central Internal Affairs Directorate of the Moscow Region reported that the shares of nationalists were prevented in Klin, Serpukhov, Chekhov. 10 days after the pogrom on Manezhnaya Square, Vladimir Putin met with fans, once again showing which side he was in the confrontation of the Slavs and Caucasians. The prime minister, who in an interview called himself a “Russian nationalist,” knows that in 10 years the notorious “stability” in Russia has grown a generation of young people, for whom xenophobia has become an ideological norm. Why more and more minors go on the streets with nationalist slogans - the New Times sorted out
“I am an anarcho-communist. I am generally against racism, ”says 14-year-old Ilya Kubrakov. Black burning eyes. The guy is sociable, in his head, however, “porridge” is still, but he is ready to speak any topic even in the walls that are little to calm with a calm conversation - in the office of the head of the temporary detention center (IVS) on Petrovka, 38. The name of this student of the Moscow College of Small Business recently thundered throughout the country. On December 16, the Minister of Internal Affairs Rashid Nurgaliev, reporting to President Dmitry Medvedev about the suppression of the pogrom on Manezhnaya, said that one of the alleged organizers of the riots had been detained. This was Ilya Kubrakov, who on December 11, during a rally on Manezhnaya, shouted some slogans into a megaphone.
“I myself do not know what found me, I began to scream. But actually I have nothing against other nationalities, half the Azerbaijani itself. You can’t ask me to give me food with me for investigative actions? And then they carry all day and do not feed, and the convoy does not give water, ”he asks the head of the IVS. The boss gives an order, and the boy is awarded with dry rations. The first in a few days of stay in the isolator.
Ilya Kubrakov, nicknamed Scout, was arrested on December 17. He was accused of murdering a Cyrgiz janitor on a shipbuilding street on December 12, the day after the pogroms on Manezhnaya. Ilya says that on that day, along with several friends, he met at the Tretyakovskaya metro station and they went for a walk. He knew some of them well, others - worse. The adult has risen behind them. Everyone called him a beard. And it seems that this same beard lifted up with some other, incomprehensible man. Ilya says he ran to his rescue. Other boys too. Among them are two more minors - small and fat. A fight began, a beard grabbed a knife, wounded the Kyrgyz, but, according to Ilya and other boys, they did not see that he died. He seemed to get up and went. And this same beard said to Ilya: “If anything, take the blame on yourself. You are a minor, you will not be anything, and I’ll give you another one and a half thousand rubles. ” This is the version of Kubrakov. His friends, Vladislav Guryanov and Mikhail Kuznetsov, say that they did not participate in the fight, but simply stood at the stop. “They chose such a position on the recommendation of their lawyers,” says Vladimir Yarmolik, defender Ilya Kubrakov, defender Ilya Kubrakov. “They don’t even let me talk alone with my client.” A police officer is always with him. He is kept in handcuffs. "
Ilya’s mother, Lyubov Kubrakova, told The New Times that, in violation of the law of her son, they interrogated for several hours without a lawyer without her. Forced to write a confession. “They told your son: your friend says you killed. Let's write, confess everything, you will not be anything. You will go home. And you won’t write, then you will be put in a sailor, to the pedists. Probably, Ilyushka thought, thought and decided: I will save a friend. He thought he would be released. And when I arrived and he began to read out his confession with me, I told him: "Are you carrying nonsense?" And then he told how everything was really. ”

14-year-old Ilya Kubrakov is not known either among football fans or among nationalists. He is an ordinary Moscow schoolboy “A confession that he wrote without a lawyer is unacceptable proof. The court should not take it into account, ”says lawyer Yarmolik. - So far, Ilya is not a final charge. As for the events on Manezhnaya Square, then in this case it passes as a witness. He could not be the organizer in any way. In the future, quite likely, these two cases will unite in a separate production. ”
The investigation in the case of the murder of the Kyrgyz janitor has just begun. But right away - with violations of the law. Why did all minors interrogated without legal representatives - parents, teachers and lawyers?
“Why aren't they looking for a beard? -Asks 16-year-old Vladislav Guryanov. - Because they want to throw everything on us. I told the investigator: let them look at the photographs on the tracking cameras on the Tretyakovskaya metro station, where we met. They will see a beard there.
Kubrakov, Guryanov and Kuznetsov sit in the IVS on Petrovka in single cameras: they are accomplices, they cannot be planted together, but they are not supposed to put adults to them. There are no TVs, no radio, no books in the IVS chambers. Terrible.
The big politics of all three only Ilya Kubrakov admits that he was on Manezhnaya. “I told my son: do not go there, there is a big policy,” says Lyubov Kubrakova. -Uncle drives in chic cars, live in chic houses, fly on helicopters, they never descended in the subway. Ilya promised that he would not go. But, of course, I went. How can he ban? He will say: am I small? "
Lyubov Kubrakova tried to follow the one with whom her son communicates. But in the last two months he had some new company. Ilya told her: this same beard said that he was a member of the DPNI and came from Saratov to "cheer on the Muscovites."
According to Kubrakova, Ilya is not a brawler, rather a coward, so his participation in a fight surprised her very much. What did you talk about in the family? About everything. Including that there is no justice in life.
“There is a mess in the country, and everyone knows about it,” Lyubov Kubrakova is sure. - My mother works as a cleaner and complains: “Lyudka, they survive. They scored Tajiks, Uzbeks, they pay three kopecks, and they are ready to work, live somewhere in the basements, and they tell us that the Russian people do not want to work for a penny. ” There is no work in Moscow. My father is a first -class driver, but he could not find a job, because it was necessary that he not only drive a car, but also worked as a loader. Visitors willingly go to such places. ”
Children of the reforms “on one of the trials in the cases of nationalists, the prosecutor asked:“ And where do they all come from? No war, no natural disasters, ”recalls lawyer Dmitry Agranovsky
* * Agranovsky participates in the processes of nationalists and skinheads. He defended minors in court, who were accused of murder “based on national hatred” .. - my client was born in 1989, and I began to list the events of recent years, one more terrible. In my opinion, the country has been in a state of civil war since 1985. The population in the mass order lives poorly and humiliated. No matter how terrible it sounds, but interethnic motives are an attempt to change something in society. In the way, of course, unacceptable. We must study this phenomenon. My clients are from different segments of the population. From families of teachers, workers, engineers, doctors. One of my clients, who was accused of murder based on national razor, graduated from a school with a gold medal. ”
Agravsky says that in Russia there was still not a single serious sociological study, which would explain the roots of youth nationalism: “For some reason, neither teachers nor criminologists have the slightest interest in these matters, although there are ready-made dissertations.”
The war on the streets while criminologists and teachers are not yet ready for deep research, the causes of teenage aggression towards immigrants from the Caucasus are trying to understand human rights activists. In recent years, visiting the Mozhaisk colony for minors, they began to notice that among adolescents, in most convicts for the theft of mobile phones and the storage of drugs, the youngsters-killers who committed crimes due to national growth began to appear.
18-year-old Oleg O., who in October 2010 left the Mozhaisk colony to an adult zone, spoke about his crime, perfect at 15 years old.
“When I was 8 years old, my friend Caucasians killed the phone directly opposite the police building. He was 12. Caucasians were also youngsters. At the age of 14, I watched the film "Cleaning" about the Chechen war. He began to discuss him on the Internet with the former military and skinheads. I watched the skin videos. I realized that it suits me. I wanted to become a professional military man. Kill for the sake of duty, for the sake of some purpose. I have a goal. I saw a war on the streets of our country. I began to spread such opinions among my friends. We gathered in small groups, guys from 14 to 28 years old. We traveled to neighboring cities, walked around the markets where the Caucasian population prevails, took money from them, took phones. Once they went to the station. We look: there is a company of Muscovites, two non -Russian ones. We shout: "Stop!" Another is pushing and running. I look: one of them takes out a knife. My ally jumps on him and falls down. The rest begin to kick him. Then in my head it re -seized: "Let's kill him, he wanted to kill Russian." I turn around and beat him with a knife in the leg ... "
Human rights activists recorded this story on a video camera. Oleg O. says very calmly. He tells in detail how he and his friends finished off the accidental passerby. When they ask him what he will do when he is released in three years, he replies: “I want to study, work. I want to enter journalism, learn foreign languages ... "
And no repentance.

Oleg O., sentenced to 7 years for the murder of a native of the Caucasus, distributed Putin's generation on the Internet according to sociologist Alexander Tarasov on the Internet
* Director of the Center for New Sociology and the Study of Practical Policy of Phoenix., After the pogroms on December 11, it became clear that the Putin policy of “stabilization” had completely collapsed. “This is a social protest,” says the sociologist The New Times. - Its first manifestations were the events associated with the "coastal partisans"
* See the New Times No. 20 of June 14, 2010. Now here are the pogroms on Manezhnaya. The entire period of Putin’s reign in the country was excessed with xenophobia. Explosions in Moscow, Chechen War, Antitchenskaya Campaign, Anti -Estonian, Anti -Georgian, Anti -Ukrainian. All these "ours" and nonsense. As you know, the best way to canalize the protest is to find a lightning rod in society. What do children see in school history textbooks? They read about tsarist Russia, in which there were neither Jewish nor Armenian pogroms. In the same textbooks, authoritarianism is justified, Stalin appears to be an “effective manager”. A completely vague idea of the Caucasian war is given, the roll towards great power. Those guys whom we saw on Manezhnaya study these textbooks. So on Manezhnaya we saw the face of Putin's generation. ” For many, this has become a real shock.
