A plane crash in Surgut: three dead

Three people died during the fire of the Tu-154 aircraft in Surgut. As noted in the Federal Air Transport Agency, during the launch of the engines, when the aircraft was on the main roll track, its fire occurred, the causes of which were established. On board were 116 passengers and eight crew members. The emergency rescue services were evacuated by passengers. “There are victims with burns, the plane burned completely,” the Federal Air Transport Agency said. The plane was heading from Surgut to Domodedovo.

The investigation of the aviation accident will be carried out by the Interstate Aviation Committee. Meanwhile, the Investigative Department of the Ural Transport Prosecutor's Office reported that the number of victims is clarified. “Several people received burns, they were taken to the surgus of Surgut, the exact number of victims is clarified. However, it is known that no one was seriously injured,” the agency’s interlocutor said.

According to him, either 62 or 68 passengers of crew members were evacuated from the plane. The exact number is specified. “This flight flew by the Na -Na group,” said law enforcement agencies. According to the soloist of the group Sergei Grigoryev, people got out of a burning car in a panic, literally walking over their heads. “I sat in the tail of the plane and one of the first to see a fire. Everything around sparkled, broke black thick smoke, people began to panic, they got out right over each other. My whole life flashed before my eyes, I still can’t come to my senses,” Grigoryev said. According to him, "people around claim that children remained on the plane."
