A skier from Moscow crashed on Montblan
The Russian skier died, falling into the crevice in one of the zones of the Mont Blanc massif. This was reported by the Grenoble gendarmerie.
The incident occurred in the area of the La-Verzh glacier located at an altitude of 3.2 thousand meters.
The deceased was 46 years old, he arrived in the French part of Montblan from Moscow, ITAR-TASS reports.
The Russian rode skiing with friends, accompanied by two instructors. Under it, the snow cover could not stand it, covering the crevice of a 10-meter depth.
According to the gendarmerie, none of the other members of the group was injured.
