The SU SCP of the Russian Federation in the Volgograd region opened a criminal case on the fact of shooting at the Volzhsky city bar, the Interfax agency was told in this department. "The shooting in the bar of the city of Volzhsky was arranged by athletes - a coach in eastern martial arts and his pupil. Moreover, during an armed attack, one of them accidentally wounded the other," the agency’s interlocutor said.

He explained that the coach and his ward after they were expelled from the bar, went home and, dressed in camouflage and armed with two guns - hunting and pompovoye, returned to the bar to deal with the offenders.

"The athletes hit the visitor at the entrance to the bar, then entered the room and fired several shots, one of which accidentally fell into the second shot. Also, as a result of shooting, another person was killed," the agency’s interlocutor said.

Then, the criminals threatening the taxi driver, drove away from the bar, threw the guns. "At present, the wounded attacker is in the hospital. His partner has been detained and gives confession," said the representative of the Investigative Committee of the region.

He also added that the cause of the incident was a household quarrel. Earlier it was reported that on Saturday night in one of the bars of the city of Volzhsky, a drunken quarrel arose, after which two citizens returned back to the bar with a hunting rifle and made several shots at visitors who were on the street. One of them was wounded, the second died.
