Slightly less than half ( 42%) of working Russians do not consider their workplace comfortable, according to specialists from the Superjob.ru research center, who surveyed 1,800 respondents from all federal districts of the country in January.

Those surveyed aged 35 to 45 years ( 49%), as well as respondents with a monthly income of 45,000 rubles or more, most often consider their current workplace convenient. 17% of respondents complain about not quite comfortable furniture - tables, chairs and armchairs, wardrobes for clothes and documents. 9% of survey participants reported that for comfortable work they lack a separate office or at least a personal space that gives a feeling of privacy. The same percentage ( 9%) complain about uncomfortable temperature conditions. 8% of employees need more spacious premises, 6% of respondents each complain about insufficient lighting ( “there is not enough desk lamp”) and a lack of “ more modern office equipment,” in particular “ a printer on the desk, a working mobile connection,” “ a monitor with larger diagonal, ergonomic keyboard.” Another 3% reported that they lack fresh air and silence, 2% of respondents each complain about the lack of timely cleaning, access to high-speed Internet, a more powerful or just a separate computer, equipped places for relaxation and eating, working tools and devices.

2% of respondents have completely non-domestic requirements for their workspace. According to them, for fruitful work they lack career growth, the proximity of the office to home, and a friendly team. Otherwise, when asked what would help make their workplace comfortable, 22% of employees answered: “ Chaise lounge and bar with drinks”; “ Free lunch. Shower, separate toilet”; “ Competent organization of work”; " Game console"; " Music"; “ A rubber figure of the boss, so that you can get rid of negative emotions by striking her”; " Ergonomics"; " Strict discipline."

13% of Russians found it difficult to answer the question: “ I have my own office in a field office at a construction site. Everything is fine. But I haven’t seen a permanent job yet.”
