Our heads are turned towards Tunisia and Egypt, in these countries (in Tunisia it has already occurred, in Egypt, “colored” revolutions occurred. It was possible to write "next color revolutions", but these are Muslim countries, and these are the first color revolutions in Muslim countries. Extraordinary. Russia is only partly a Muslim country, but we have the same authoritarian regime in our power that it was in Tunisia and Egypt, the same type of non -somocratic regime. Therefore, the news of revolutions in these countries of North Africa inspires the Russian opposition great hopes. I think everyone has already understood that the term “color revolution” firmly means a modern manner, a methodology for changing power in countries where there is no democracy at all or it is not realistic. When the parliamentary system does not work, the opposition is repressed, the courts are sentenced by false sentences, the media are captured by power and lying, there is only one way to change the regime: to accumulate on the streets and squares in the most possible amount and the fact of this protest presence to psychologically break power and force it to leave.

I do not believe that the Russian authorities, the “tandem and the company”, will extract the necessary lesson from the events in Tunisia and in Egypt. And if it extracts, it will most likely be tightening repressions against us, opposition. They would need to make concessions, urgently democratize the country until it exploded, but the temptation of a simple solution - just call Nurgaliev on the red phone, which, perhaps, was used by Beria, - great. Simple solutions were essentially destroyed by all the tyrants of our planet.

Meanwhile, 2010 demonstrated that protest sentiments in Russia are strong, that they covered all layers of society and that all the ideological movements of our society have their own accounts for power, from liberals to nationalists, not to mention my supporters - we are on barricades for fifteen years, if not more. (And even if we copied the charter and the program of the ruling party "United Russia", we would not be registered anyway.) We were obliged to do this and did.

In any case, we did not intend to provide the Ministry of Justice with the personal data of all members of the regional organizations of the party, as required by their law on political parties. After all, since 2008, 33 people were accused of belonging to an prohibited extremist organization, 24 of them have already been convicted, and 9 activists are under investigation. Naturally, we cannot give the power of our activists to the power of the authorities. We would stop the registration process with our refusal to provide personal data.

We live in an unbearable state, where, with a silent frightened consent of society, power belongs to one grouping of usurpators. The question of the authorities in the Russian Federation is the main question, it must be raised daily and make it so that the 2011 and 2012 elections are either free or the last unfree, and their results must be recognized as illegal by us, society. Convicted. With all the ensuing consequences.

Before the authorities (tandem, the government, "United Russia") there is a dilemma: either in the 2011 and 2012 elections, they refuse to be compliance, or are hardened and the nature of the authorities becomes frankly fascist. We are satisfied with both of them. In the second case, state fascism is dangerous of its ferocity, but it is easier to fight against it, its evil is striking.

Political weather contributes to us. The equally powerful wind of popular discontent is blowing as in 1991, only he changed the direction. The question of the authorities should become the main one in these two years. The very fact of forcibly removal from participation in the elections of the National Bolsheviks, radical left -wing, liberals and nationalists should be widely voiced and challenged. Fraudulent power methods such as "continuity", the existence of a manual opposition in parliament should be condemned. The criminal activity of the Ministry of Justice to remote the policy of political parties from the policy should be declared. The Ministry of Justice should not do a policy at all. Registration of political parties should be exclusively notifying.

The CEC (Central Electoral Commission) in the form in which it exists, all its members starting with Churov should be removed from work. A new independent CEC must be created.
