Today, February 7, at 19.00, the lecture “The most expensive astronomical projects and their results” will be held, which is a continuation of the well -established among lovers of astronomy of the “Star and Galaxy” cycle. Nauak Sergey Popov will talk about why astronomical devices are so expensive and it is possible to talk about their payback. The lecture will be held in the conference hall of the museum. On Wednesday, February 9, 2011, at 19.00, the professor of economics, director of the Master of Economics of the Russian Economic School, Oleg Zamulin , will speak before the audience of the Polytechnic Museum. His performance will be devoted to the topic “Long -term economic growth” . We will talk about the classical theories of long -term economic growth and what today affects the development of the national economy: the growth rate of capital, flows of goods, or “human factors” - the general level of education of the population and confidence in the protection of property and intellectual products. The lecture will be held in the Great Hall of the Polytechnic. This lecture is a continuation of the fame of lectures on the economy organized by RASh. Another lecture from the cycle public lectures “Polit.ru” will be devoted to the topic “The World of Party Systems and the Party System of the World”. A doct. Polit. Nauk, professor of the European University in St. Petersburg, director of the Gelix Center Grigory Golosov , will perform with her. The lecture will tell about the main theoretical approaches to party systems and the principles of their classification in relation to democratic and authoritarian regimes. The methods of quantitative assessment and classification of party systems developed by the author will also be presented and party systems that exist in the modern world are characterized. At 18.00 in the Great Audience of the Polytechnic Museum, the Mono -performance “O.E.” will begin on the basis of the text of the novel “Evgeny Onegin” A.S.
