In the villages of Zhandat and Nikolskoye, Uyarsky District, Krasnoyarsk Territory, people are now taking care of their health like never before. Sick is unaffordable. Unlike many other taiga settlements, there is a road to these villages, and you can drive along it even now. However, this does not help: the ambulance refuses to travel here for free.
The peasants say that for calling her, they immediately, even by phone, offer to prepare money: 200 rubles if the patient is taken back and forth to the nearest medical center - the Roshchi medical ambulance station, where they can provide first aid, 400 - to the regional center. Galina Maksyuta, the head physician of the Uyar Central District Hospital, justified herself in the local media, saying: “How much money they give us, this is how we live. When there is not enough money, and the patient needs to be brought, people naturally go to these expenses.”
According to the staff of the first-aid post in Roscha, they are given 40 liters of gasoline. For a month. And sometimes they save lives at their own expense. Now the "ambulance" leaves the garage of the village council only thanks to sponsorship. If the customer of the service is financially insolvent, he continues to be laid up. Previously, in Zhandat, where 214 people live, there was a medical assistant's station. It was closed, the rate was reduced.
The regional Ministry of Health agrees that this is a direct violation of the law, the program of state guarantees must be implemented. There should be enough money. And the head physician of the Uyar Central District Hospital, apparently, will be dealt with. However, will this add fuel to the ambulance tank? The regional budget deficit was adopted for this year in the amount of 18 billion rubles, and the main concern of the Krasnoyarsk authorities now is the holding of the next economic forum. It will take place from 17 to 19 February. With the departure last year of the former governor Alexander Khloponin to the Caucasus, this ceremonial, image-building event, invented by him, was not forgotten. People go to the eighth forum in Siberia, apparently in order to see the unstoppable "economic breakthrough" promised by Khloponin to the Krasnoyarsk Territory almost ten years ago - one and a half hundred North Caucasian leaders with retinue, and also, judging by the list of forum participants posted on official website of the event, the disgraced spy Anna Chapman with the landing of the "Young Guards".
