
As part of a criminal case of a fire in a household chemistry warehouse in Perm, where 12 people were killed, the general director of the Kama-Trad-Arrendary company and his deputy, ITAR-TASS reports. Earlier, the detention of the warehouse owner was also reported, but his arrest was not reported.
The criminal case was instituted under part 3 of Article 219 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Violation of fire safety requirements, which entailed by negligence the death of two or more persons."
The fire occurred in a two -story building building, where household goods and household chemicals were stored, on the night of February 10. At the same time, it turned out that all the doors of the building were locked or blocked. First, eight bodies of the dead and two wounded with burns were found in the building. On February 12, four more corpses were found. Five more people are still missing missing. 230 people and 48 cars continue to disassemble the rubble.
In the state supervision, they say that they repeatedly demanded from the owner of the building of an individual entrepreneur Roman Ponomarev and Kama-Trade to eliminate fire safety violations. So, according to the results of annual inspections from 2006 to 2008, he issued instructions on eliminating the shortcomings. Last year, a planned check was also carried out, which showed that there was no automatic fire alarm and fire extinguishing means in the building.
