In the Tula region, a criminal case has been instituted on the fact of the death of a young child on a children's slide during skiing. Initially, it was believed that the girl herself accidentally strangled the scarf, but the investigators have suspicions that she was killed.
The pre-investigation check carried out in Novomoskovsk did not establish the causes of the death of a 7-year-old girl. Therefore, a more thorough investigation was needed, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the senior assistant to the head of the regional investigative department Zinaida Kaminskaya.
Earlier it was reported that on February 2, in the afternoon, a first -class student of one of the schools in Novomoskovsk rode from a metal hill in the courtyard of house No. 18 on Rudnichnaya Street. And at 14:30, the girl’s lifeless body discovered a woman passing by, reported the Tula city portal "Sloboda" .
“According to preliminary data, the girl rode on a steel slide in the courtyard of the house. At some point, the scarf caught on the structure, as a result of which there was a strangulation. The body was discovered by people walking in the yard,” they commented on the incident in the investigative department.
Since the suicide of the child can be a staging, half a month after the incident a criminal case was instituted in part "A" of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder). However, the best time to search for a possible killer has already been lost, although usually such crimes are revealed in hot pursuit.
It should be noted that three years ago the prosecutor's office of the Leningrad Region complained about the sluggishness of the investigators , which was due to which it was not possible to disclose the murder of an 11-year-old schoolgirl.
The body of the young Ekaterina Makarova was found in Kingiseppe next to the road leading to the Lower Park "Romanovka", only on July 8, 2008 at about 19:00, although the girl disappeared on June 27. The criminal threw the murdered child in the forest near the house No. 14 on Komsomolovka Street.
As the parents believed, the daughter went to training in the morning, however, as it turned out later, there were no classes that day.
The corpse was discovered in a state of strong putrid changes, which made it difficult to work experts.
According to reports, 750 people were interviewed as part of the investigation in this case. However, these surveys did not give the expected result.
“Such crimes, as a rule, are disclosed in hot pursuit. But the time was lost here,” said Sergey Romanyuk prosecutor in August 2008. “This case has not yet been disclosed, the investigation department has been late for several days with the initiation of the case.”
